    As a strategy and business modelling consultant, my role is to help businesses achieve their goals of aggressive and sustainable growth by providing expert analysis and guidance. Through a comprehensive SWOT analysis and evaluation of the external environment, I identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the business. I work with the business to develop a strategic plan that aligns with their goals and objectives, and then assist in implementing that plan. I also analyze the business's key activities, resources, and partners, and design a business model that aligns with the value proposition and revenue streams. Through customer feedback and market data, I help refine the business model to ensure it is effective and sustainable. As a consultant, I work closely with the business to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the process.

    As a business development and sales consultant, my focus is on helping businesses grow and achieve success. I work with the business to identify potential opportunities for growth (B2B and/or B2C) and expansion, and then develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities through direct & indirect sales (channel). I also help businesses improve their sales processes by providing guidance on sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Through market research and analysis, I help businesses identify new potential customers and markets, and develop effective sales strategies to reach those audiences. As a consultant, I provide ongoing support to the business in implementing these strategies, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.

    As a business architecture and processes consultant, my role is to help businesses improve their operations and maximize efficiency.
